Dr. Sharp is passionate about improving his patient's oral health and creating beautiful smiles! He believes it is vital to make sure his patients are well informed about their dental problems and treatment options because, as he notes, "informed patients make much better decisions about their health and wellbeing, and at the end of the day, that's what matters." Central to this mission is Dr. Sharp’s dedication to providing state of the art, relationship-based, comprehensive care that is tailored to fit the lives and budgets of his patients.

Background & Education

Dr. Kenneth Sharp was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and earned his Bachelor of Science from Southwestern Adventist University in Keene, Texas. He later received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the prestigious Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, in Loma Linda, California, where he was recognized for high-quality clinical work, exceptional treatment planning abilities, and precise operational and procedural skills.

Dedication to Advanced Training & Professional Excellence

While the State of Texas and the American Dental Association requires all licensed dentists to complete 12 hours of continuing education annually, Dr. Sharp prefers to go above and beyond this requirement to stay on the cutting edge of the latest and greatest techniques, procedures, materials, research, and equipment that dentistry has to offer. He completes over 50 hours of continuing education annually in order to ensure that his patients have access to truly exceptional oral health care.

Personal Life & Hobbies

Dr. Sharp has been with his wife, Carissa, for 20 years, and they have two fun-loving boys and a new baby girl! Dr. Sharp spends his leisure time with his family and playing golf. He also loves to participate in activities at his church, maintain physical fitness, and watch football. Go Cowboys!
